Location
Air conditioning didnt work for 3 days we called them and they fixed it. We had to call front desk repeately because our room was not done or there were no towels in the room.

Gorgeous classy hotel for 4 nights in Prague. Perfect service.- Soundproof double room with slippers.- A view over the town, moreover as a cherry on top.- Marvellous location relatively near Vysehrad Park.

really polite and efficient staff. they did their best. from doorman to receptionist through to chambermaids - all were helpful and polite
more of a 4 star business hotel. cheap fittings. lumpy uncomfortable bed. only one comfortable chair in room for two. no kettle. bleak depressing area. wifi a rip off. moved out after one night and got a real fivestar in town which was cheaper and had free wifi. spa facilities scruffy and run down

Reasonably good and very tasty breakfasts with the refilling of the stations. Beautiful views and continental foods provided by the courteous staff.- Fantastic, incredible location in Prague 4 district short walk to Corinthia Hotel, Prague, the areas near Charles Bridge, and a river cruise.

The hotel was very nice, staff was very friendly and the city centre was very good to reach with the tube that stopped just outside of the hotel.
The hotel was very nice, however it was an unpleasant surprise we had to pay (a lot) of money to go to the swimming pool. It would have been better if this would've been told in advance.

Metro in front of the hotel.Only 2 stops (=5 minutes) from the city center. Attractive weekend rate. Very good breakfast included.
Far too expensive for other food and beverages. Due to the abnormal high prices we avoided to consume anything in the hotel.

This pleasant and impressive hotel is based in a nice building and has a fast food restaurant. The rooms are fabulous and immaculate with comfortable beds, amazing views and all the amenities. The breakfast includes incredible food like eggs and bacon.
